Prices
We do our best to maintain the prices shown on this web-site,
which are shown in US Dollars. If there are unavoidable
changes we will contact you prior to filling your order.
Shipping
We ship mainly by US Priority Mail whenever possible, except for
O-scale turntables which are shipped by UPS Ground due to their
size and weight. Be sure to provide your complete mailing
address and a daytime telephone number. Most orders are
shipped within seven to ten days of receipt of your order
(O-scale may take up to two to three weeks). You will be
contacted if there is going to be further delays.

Shipping charges shown are for the contiguous United States. All other locations will be charged actual shipping cost. International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees. International orders (Canada excluded) must be pre-paid including shipping charges.
An additional note: The rates listed above are for planning purposes and can change due to the size and weight of the actual order. An actual shipping charge will be computed when we receive your order.
Special O-Scale Shipping & Handling Charges: Due to their size and weight, actual shipping charges will be charged for O-scale turntables; please contact Diamond Scale Products to obtain these costs.
Payment
We prefer payment by credit card or money orders in US
funds. We do not ship COD. Please do not send cash
through the mail.
Ohio
residents
add 6.5% sales tax on order only, do not add sales tax to
shipping charges. Please make money orders payable to
Diamond Scale Products.
